  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, but the reasons for its processing no longer exist,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Object to a result being produced against you solely through the analysis of your processed data by automated systems,

  • Request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding the above rights to our Company by completing the Data Subject Request Form, which can be accessed at https://unlembilisim.com/en/relevant-person-application-form, and submitting it to our Company. In such cases, our Company will process the request free of charge within the shortest possible time and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process involves additional costs, our Company will charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
