Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ( “Law”) to our Company using this form and one of the methods described below, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applying to the Data Controller.
